End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Follow the Law: You must comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), including getting consent for automated messages and honoring opt-outs.
2. Payment: Pay your fees on time. If you don't pay, your account will be suspended until you do. If you still don't pay within 14 days, your account may be terminated.
3. Liability: We aren’t responsible if you break the law or if your account is suspended or terminated for non-payment.
4. Governing Law: This agreement follows the laws of Kansas.
5. Changes: We can update this agreement, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to those changes.
